Culinesse approaches culinary services quite differently. We engage chefs from local restaurants who know local tastes and suppliers better than we ever will. They review our menus and recipes and adjust them to meet the dining and taste expectations of your residents and team members.
Our consulting chefs are independent entrepreneurs who own and operate the restaurants that are frequented by your residents … no one knows them better! Our consulting chefs also recommend and connect us with local farmers, growers, and producers of the highest quality dairy, produce, coffees, meats, seafoo,d and baked goods. Fresher and cleaner, these locally sourced ingredients and finished products reduce the carbon footprint by minimizing the environmental impact of packaging, shipping, and handling.
We feature our consulting chefs at Guest Chef Nights, Chefs’ Tables, and Chefs’ Competitions with resident teams. Residents love cooking classes instructed by our consulting chefs, who feature signature menu items from their local restaurants and help us create signature menu items for our clients’ communities.
