RETENTION
To drive retention, Culinesse provides team members the opportunity to grow their careers and incomes through our Culinesse Culinary College, Culinesse Service College, Culinesse Marketing College and Culinesse J2C. These food career service programs offer culinary and service apprenticeships for hourly team members. The curricula are developed by specialty councils or advisory boards of chefs, nutritionists, wellness directors, registered dietitians and service managers.
